Reviews and Ratings <br />
We had a lovely time at the Westin Rusutsu, enjoying the beautiful views and spacious loft rooms. However, the extra charges for accommodating my kids' Murphy beds, the somewhat inconvenient access to the onsen, and the inconsistent housekeeping were notable drawbacks. Overall, the resort is family-friendly and well-suited for skiing, but some improvements are needed in service and amenities.
Our stay was quite enjoyable, especially given the spacious and comfortable room we had, although improvements could be made regarding the dining options and service responsiveness. The location afforded us stunning views, but we did experience some inconveniences with the logistics of the onsen and housekeeping. Overall, it felt like a great spot for family skiing despite a few hiccups.
My stay at the Westin Rusutsu was fantastic overall! The duplex room layout was great for family gatherings and created some wonderful memories. The service from Maeda-san was exceptional, with thoughtful touches like welcoming chocolates. However, I wish they had more amenities in the room and clearer ski rental instructions. The slopes were perfect for families but be ready for some minor inconveniences with transport.
Our stay at Westin Rusutsu was delightful, with spacious rooms that offered stunning views and a relaxing ambiance. While the buffet breakfast was extensive, I found the dining options a bit limited overall, especially considering the dining outlets within the hotel. The location was picturesque but slightly inconvenient regarding access to more diverse food options. The service was efficient and attentive, which greatly enhanced our experience.
The Westin Rusutsu offers an idyllic escape from the busier crowds of Niseko, making it a fantastic choice for those seeking a serene skiing experience. The rooms are spacious and provide stunning views, while the on-site onsen adds a luxurious touch to the stay. However, dining options outside the hotel are limited, which could become repetitive over a longer stay. Overall, it's a comfortable and convenient base for winter activities.
